Our specially developed service 'Art and Object Catalogue' makes it easy for you to keep track of artworks and values, where they are located and the history of the works.
- Safe and personal
Log in through a secure portal with BankID or with secure codes to see all their valued objects. - Registering and dephotographing
We can take care of registration and dephotographing of all objects, or you can do it yourself in the service. In the service, you can upload documents about the object (receipts, previous tariffs, preservation documentation, etc.) - Location and owner information
Enter the address and location details (e.g. meeting room names) for each object, as well as who owns the object. - Status of the object
Select the status of the object (on display, in stock, on loan, for sale, sold, etc.) - Marking objects with QR codes
Objects can be tagged with QR codes to make it easier for staff and the public to learn about the objects, as well as to make it easier to manage the collection. - Expert assessment and curation
All objects can be appraised by an experienced art expert if desired, and the art expert can also assist with curating the collection. - Reporting
Download PDF or CSV files for easy reporting to accounting or insurance company.
